Hamjambo nyote? Mimi na jamii yangu na wa-Kenya kwa jumla tuko salama. Kenya iko salama.
How much does the world know about Kenya? What comes into the minds of many at the mention of Kenya? The media has made the world to believe that Kenya is such a dangerous country. I will not argue about that but where on earth is safe? Why then only Kenya, and do people live there...? Yes, we live here.
We are safe and at ease, going our daily errands. Kenya is our home and we are proud of our beautiful country. Any bad elements in our society is a common challenge to the entire universe and not only with us. We are at war against this global enemy which can only be won if you join hands with us. There's more good than bad when we preach positive opinions.
We have good weather around the year and beautiful white sand beaches. We have nice friendly people...Jambo! with a smile on the face, learned and hard-working too. Lol. Most of you only know the cartoon of the Lion King on TV but you can come and see the real Lion King in Amboseli or Tsavo national parks or Masai mara national reserve. You only know Kenya from a magazine picture of masai warrior or malnourished Turkana child. Forget the west gate attack and politics, come visit a local community and experience the sustainability within.
We have plenty of goodies to offer!!
Diani beach in the south of Mombasa is a Paradise with lots of activities to take; Sun bathing, kite surfing, wind surfing, snorkeling, Kayaking, Sky-diving, scuba diving and dolphin watching. You will be spoiled with where to stay and where to eat out. Pay us a visit and you will have a story to tell. www.nemmtoursand safaris.com
I personally host travelers in my house via Couchsurfing. It is the best way to experience the local culture and make friends from around the world. https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/468911/profile
There is peace and people doing their daily stuff as usual in many parts of the country. Ukumbani is a beautiful part of Kenya with very friendly people. Plan your adventure Zambani Rock in Kitui. www.nemmtoursandsafaris.com
You've had a Masai post card or some documentaries featuring them. Come and visit them in person and they will take you on a tour of their (village)manyatta to familiarize with their culture and their sustainable living. www.nemmtoursandsafaris.com
Visit a Masai open-air market where they buy and sell their cattle, sheep and goats. There's harmony and love among this unique community. www.nemmtoursandsafaris.com
Kenya has the most beautiful national parks in the world. Come see our diverse wildlife in nature. www.nemmtoursandsafaris.com

Over the Past Months
I have not been posting here over the past months of the year 2013 as you may have noticed. This has been due to more trips to the wild leaving little free time to write.
Since January I have had several long haul safaris, some starting from Nairobi and ending in Mombasa, others starting from Mombasa and ending in Nairobi while others started in Nairobi and ended in Nairobi.
I have had excursions to Shimba, Wasini and Mombasa city tours.
